Bachelor Medical Lab Science (Top Up)

The goal of the Bachelor of medical laboratory science (BMLS) program is to prepare a Top-quality Medical laboratory professional who will competently meet the healthcare diagnostics and research needs of the community in all settings. This program is specifically designed for individuals who are already Diploma holders in Medical Laboratory Sciences and wish to upgrade to the Bachelors level.

LEARNING OUTCOMES
  • Manage and co-ordinate activities in Biomedical sciences, service and research laboratories effectively and efficiently.
  • Design and implement science-based research employing appropriate and optimised Technologies.
  • Collate, manage analyse, interpret and report laboratory data efficiently during investigations in the laboratory or in the field.
  • Design and manage quality assurance and quality control scheme to achieve better efficiency and results in their industrial, research, clinical and educational settings.
